Such a pretty property. Rural location, lovely and quiet. Room was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Really warm, friendly staff who were very helpful. Relaxed, comfortable bar area, then additional restaurant and an orangery which was so pretty. My daughter and I had a fantastic evening meal. Chef Chris is top notch. The chicken on rosti with creamy sauce was visually like a work of art and full of subtle flavours. The beer battered fish and triple cooked chips were so tasty. Definitely not your average pub grub. Would recommend without hesitation and would happily stay again. Plenty of free parking too!

The location was ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant facilities were very good. Upon check-out, unfortunately my husband fell over outside of the hotel and suffered bad cuts to his face. Hayley, one of the managers was extremely helpful to us. She personally took us to the Bristol Royal Infirmary A&E where my husband received treatment. We cannot thank Hayley enough for her kindness and support to us. It is very much appreciated.

Lovely mix of old and new - main building a character property but bedroom on ground floor (at the back) felt like it had just been refurbished and was immaculately clean. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, we didn’t try the restaurant as we’d already eaten but the food looked amazing. The orangery is a lovely room and all the little snugs/bars - it’s like a maze.

Although Best Western is a chain the place felt very much like a family run hotel. Staff were great - very natural and friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. You could tell there was a good rapport between staff members too - they were working together as a team. All this rubs off on guests, you feel you are being taken care of, and gives the hotel character. A relaxed and comfortable experience.

The Hotel is located in a rural area, surrounded by fields. It is a great place to explore the Cotswold and the Hotel is not far from the main famous cities of the Cotswold. We had a nice spacious family room with two single beds and one double bed. The room was cosy with everything you want. On the ground floor of the Hotel, the is a nice restaurant that serves delicious food. I recommend this hotel.
